The Virginia Israel Advisory Board is an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia (Office of the General Assembly) that facilitates Israeli companies to establish and grow their operations in Virginia and Virginia companies to source innovative Israeli technology. Our goals are to increase investment and develop lasting partnerships that expand and enhance the workforce in Virginia.

Executive Director

For 20 years Dov has brought Israeli companies and products into the US market. He managed the US operations for leading Israeli companies including ECI Telecom and founded Clarity Advisors a cross-border business development practice.

He served on the executive Board of the America Israel Chamber of Commerce, was a founding board member of the Texas Israel Chamber of Commerce and a member of Connex's Israel Advisory board.

Dov works nimbly with large enterprises, economic development organizations and governments applying an entrepreneurial approach to leveraging synergies and develop lasting partnerships including: building a high tech start-up in the West Bank for Siemens, Arab world research for IBM, and the Israel market entry of the largest Japanese investment bank.

Dov's commitments to non-profits include being a founding board member of: SIGNAL – China-Israel Think Tank and Policy Center; a founding board member of Yemin Orde Educational Initiatives, and serving as the President of the Penn Club of Israel and Chairman of Penn's International Alumni. For five years, Dov was involved in operations that brought 40,000 Ethiopian Jews to Israel.

Dov has dual citizenship in the US and Israel; holds degrees from Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania and served in the IDF.
