Our goals are to increase investment and develop lasting partnerships that expand and enhance the workforce in Virginia.

Aviva Shapiro Frye is a caterer, licensed travel agent and community organizer of over 30 years.

She holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from

the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in
International Relations from Boston University. She has been very active in community service and politics across the country and continues to do so in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

With most of her family living in Israel, and Aviva in SW Virginia, she is thrilled to bring the two parts of her life together.
